Doctrines of Satan
The Al-Jilwah was supposedly communicated to the Yezidi prophet Sheik Adi in the 12th century. Since then, it has been noted that Muslims altered some of the Yezidi doctrines. So, albeit that there is some truth to the writings, they were altered in the translation(s). Thus, it is important not to look at the doctrines in the word for word literal sense. Do not be so foolish as to take everything you see and hear to heart. Question everything and remember to go by what you feel. Go by what feels righteous and true. When in doubt, listen to your heart and learn from it.
Also; in regards to the doctrines, I have taken the liberty; with my current understanding of myself, of editing several passages to what I believe may more closely resemble the original sayings. Granted, it is always important for the reader to reach for what feels "true" in the sayings.
