The Breath, The Foundation Of Meditation
The breath is critically important when Meditating, doing Yoga, or doing anything, for that matter. It had been said (by Thoth?) that "Life is in the breath." Though more importantly, is living life accordingly; as an Herbivore and/or anything non-carnivorous and non-parasitic.
It is important; that in doing Mediation, you learn and develop a deep control of your breath. Breathing is what gives you life. Shortness of breath is typically what leads to anxiety, stress, worries, irrational thinking, agitation, and short-mindedness.
When meditating, it is important to be relaxed. Calm and collected of yourself. To know yourself and your surrounding.
A good breathing exercise for meditating is one such as this:
(Note: Do not force your breaths! Inhale-hold-exhale for as long as you are comfortable with. In the beginning you may only do short breaths. As you advance, you may learn to do longer breaths.)
Also, it is important, that when meditating, that you do not force yourself when working on your chakras. Do not overexert yourself. You want to feel relaxed and comfortable. To have a good "hum", or "buzz" going in performing meditations. To be aware of yourself and what you are doing, to be the one in control, and not the one "being" controlled.
Sometimes if; at the moment, you do not conquer evil/malignant entities, you may learn to tune it out. When meditating it is imperative to learn how to free your mind of evil/malignant infections, learn to let go and allow the inner, unique (non-carnivorous and non-parasitic) you to come into manifestation. Relax, let go, and allow the blood to flow. Relaxation is key when mediating, as you will have an easier time allowing the truth to flow once you release yourself of the lies that act as a death-causing blockage for it. To live, free from the monsters and devils known as Carnivores and Parasites.

- Slow, deep inhale, feel your entire body breathing in bright light, fill your lungs all the way. 1...2...3...4...5...6...
- Hold. 1...2...3...4...5...6...
- Slow exhale. 1...2...3...4...5...6...
- Relax, and repeat steps 1-3.
