Yoga Asanas - Beginner
The top left photo is an easy/starter asana for meditating. The hand position/mudra is known as the "Namaste" mudra, and may be substituted for other mudras, of course. Legs interlocking with right leg over the left leg (being because of the 12th chakra on the left side, and the 13th chakra on the right side, hence right over left). You may also like to do the easy "sukh" asana for meditation; where the left leg comfortably lays on top of the right leg, overall with the right leg over the left leg, as is shown in the two photos at the bottom of the page.
