Yoga
"Yoga" is the Sanskrit word for "Union". Yoga is of Satan. "Satan"; besides being a name, is the Sanskrit word for "Truth". Yoga stretches help promote fluidity in the physical body, unifying the entire body as one, in mind, body, and spirit.
Warning: Do not attempt exercises such as these if you are not practicing a Vegan diet (No meat, milk, eggs, or honey. No leather/fur/wool clothing or apparel. No animal/insect productions of any kind. Salt (sodium chloride rocks) is not recommended. Sodium naturally found in plants is okay). If you are in the state of being a Carnivore or Parasite, results from yoga/meditation exercises WILL prove disastrous as you will cause the infected/cancerous cells to infect other portions of your body, leading to severe disease affliction, misfortune, horrible suffering and torment, darkness, self-destruction, defamation, degeneration, degradation, deterioration of the soul, disempowerment, damnation, and death.
But for well-minded individuals who are following a healthy Vegan/Herbivorous/Plant-based diet, here is a photographic list of Yoga asanas you may like to do. It is highly recommended, as it promotes proper blood flow and flexibility and unity of the mind, body, and spirit.
Note: Never force yourself into a Yoga asana. The key to Yoga mastery is to ease your way into it. Long, deep breathing, relaxation, and hold the asana for at least a few minutes at a time. Always remember to do the opposite side when doing a Yoga asana. In other words, if you are doing a forward bend, follow it through with a backward bend. A bend of your right side is followed through with a bend of your left side. Always remember to take slow, deep breaths and relax into each asana. Do not strain yourself, or force yourself into an asana you are not comfortable with, or else you may end up making things worse for yourself.
The goal in Yoga is to have everyone muscle in your body free from strain, tightness, or rigidity. To feel loose and lax. To have the blood feeling good and comfortable. Flexible and feeling "whole".
You do not need to strictly be in a "pose" when doing them. Feel free to move around, be flexible and open, customize your stretches. Yoga is about opening up the channels of your chakra system and allowing better fluidity throughout the body. In saying, you may also feel free to meditate on your chakras when doing an asana.
The Chakras of the Soul
The breath is critically important when doing Yoga asanas. When doing an asana, take slow, deep breaths, hold, and slow exhales. Such as:
Do not force your breaths! Inhale-hold-exhale to whatever length is comfortable for you. You may take short breaths in the beginning, and take longer breaths as you advance. Go for as long as you are comfortable with. The goal in mind when doing Yoga is to feel comfortable in doing an asana.
